Event days are hectic—we get it. Between the whirlwind of activities and the pressure to make everything perfect, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Grateful Events is here to take one thing off your plate: photo sharing. Our platform is incredibly easy to use, allowing you and your guests to capture and share every moment with just a few clicks.

Set Up Your Event
Setting up your event is easy—just enter your event’s date and name, and we’ll handle the rest. Your photo gallery will be ready two weeks before your event, giving you plenty of time to get comfortable with the system.

Share With Guests
Download a premade template to create your event signs or grab the QR code to add to your own materials—be sure to display it in lots of places so guests can easily find it! You can also share the QR code or URL to your event’s gallery directly with your guests digitally. Customizable templates are coming soon!

Collect Photos
During your event, guests can scan the QR code and take photos directly through your private event’s page or choose to upload a photo from their phone’s library. This step is all about capturing the magic of multiple vantage points in one moment in time, with your guests’ memories of the event shared directly to you in one place.

Download Your Memories
After your event ends, you and your guests will have access to the entire private gallery for up to 12 months. You’ll be able to download full-resolution copies of everything all at once in a zip folder, or you and your guests can select your favorites and download them individually. With Grateful Events, images are saved as they were uploaded, making it easy to print memories you’ll want to hang in your home or turn into posters.

- QR Code: Guests can share their memories with ease. No app is needed. Simply scan the QR code and start sharing their memories with you.
- Photo Slideshow: During your event, a live photo slideshow will be available of your to event gallery feed. Project the slideshow onto a public screen where your guests can see the memories they have shared as they upload.
- Ready To Print Sign: Print our ready to go signage, or download the QR code to implement into your own materials.
- Guest Notes: Guests can add personal notes to the photos as they upload them to your gallery
- Stored for 12 Months: The images from your event will be stored in your private gallery for 12 months where you and your guests can access them when you are ready.
- Batch Download: You and your guests can download full resolution copies of all the images that were shared during your event. Zip all images or choose individually.
- Host moderation: Don't like a photo, don't want it on the slideshow? Host's have the ability to remove any image at any time.
- Event Duration: You'll be able to add memories to your gallery for 2 weeks rather than just the day of your event.
