Once your plan is purchased, enter your event's specifics like the date and name. This step customizes your photo collection site. Your gallery will be ready two weeks before your event, allowing you time to ensure everything is set up correctly and to familiarize yourself with the system.

Share With Guests
Share your QR code or URL with your attendees. This can be done through physical means like signage at the venue or through digital methods like emails, social media posts, or event pages. Guests can easily access the platform without downloading an app or registering; they just scan or click to start uploading their photos and videos.

Collect Photos
As your event unfolds, guests can upload their photos to your private gallery. They can add titles or descriptions if they wish, contributing to a rich, collective memory of the event. This step is all about amassing a diverse collection of moments captured by all your guests.

Download Your Memories
Post-event, all the media submitted to your gallery can be downloaded in a zip file, which includes everything in its original quality. Depending on your selected package: 30, 60, or 90 days. This step ensures you can keep, share, or print the memories from your event, with the duration of access varying according to your plan.
